My husband and I recently purchased a new home with the help of Katy as our broker. We had several challenges before us as we wanted to relocate so we would be closer to work. We were extremely unfamiliar with the area and we were ignorant of the purchasing process. To top it off, we were working long hours and had a 2 hour commute from work to home. Katy spent many hours on weekends and outside of regular business hours to let us look at houses. She met with us in the evening hours to fill out the necessary paperwork. I am a Realtor®'s worst nightmare as I am one of those clients who has to see almost everything on the market before deciding on a house. My sister and I met Katy in March of 2006 (we relocated from New York and Florida, respectively). In the first few weeks, my sister found a house and submitted a contract, and she closed a short white later. But me? Oh no! I went through three separate builders before I finally decided on a house. Throughout all of this, Katy remained understanding and calm (I'm not sure how she did it), professional and patient, and never for one minute did I feel like I was a bother. Did I mention her representation? She takes that seriously, and protected my interest with the zest of a trial lawyer. Her vast knowledge on varius aspects has also helped me out tremendously, and I sincerely would recommend her with the highest confidence & pride.
